1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 0.5-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • We normally dispatch parcels twice a day. Orders over 6 hours cannot be changed. Please carefully fill in the delivery information.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

We currently only deliver to United States mainland regions (48 states).

In HotBearOnline, the stock status and delivery time always show beside the “add to cart” button of any product page.
In the coming days, we’ll partner with more global logistics providers (UPS, YunExpress, DHL, FedEx etc.) to ensure the best balance between speed and reliability. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Standard Shipping: We offer competitive standard shipping worldwide. You can get Free Shipping if your order reaches specific amount.
  • Express Shipping: We use express for shipping normally. Contact us if you require your footwear urgently.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your “Hot Bear” package is on its way, you can track its journey in real-time.

  • Simply click the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Or contact our online chat service for update with your tracking number.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As we ship internationally from China, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • Hot Bear Online is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding specific thresholds and rates.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. For PEAKVIP industrial orders, please ensure a secure delivery location (such as a business address or a residence with a secure mailbox).
